BUILDINGS BREAK
BOUNDAIRES

IN BANKSIDE

The UK’s first Net Zero commercial building.

The Forge is The UK’s first Net Zero commercial building. But it’s not the only place breaking new ground in sustainable construction around these parts. Throughout Bankside, an enlightened and ambitious approach has been adopted to design, develop and manage places to tackle climate change and enhance the health of the environment by achieving targets and going beyond them.

At Landsec, we create places that make a lasting positive contribution to our communities and our planet. This means we design, develop and manage buildings in ways that will enhance the health of our environment and improve quality of life for our people, customers and communities now and for future generations.

The Forge is the UK’s first commercial development designed and built to meet the UK Green Building Council’s net zero carbon definition, covering construction and operation.
